Colin Tudge sets out the Grand Narrative and the case for a people's takeover of the world's food supply...
Colin and his wife Ruth have been part of shaping the Agrarian Renaissance over the past two years, alongside their other projects, including the Campaign for Real Farming, which has a blog and a website which is coming soon, the Oxford Real Farming Conference and the Rise of Real Bread.
Anyone who shares the intention behind the Agrarian Renaissance can join now and invest in creating alternatives, starting from just ten pounds.
Beyond that we are looking to recruit pioneers who invest at least one thousand pounds along with their time, effort, expertise and enthusiasm. If you're interested, please get in touch.
We will invite anyone who shows an interest in the Agrarian Renaisance to meetings and events across the country on farms that are genuinely working to create alternatives.
If you own, run, work for, or know of a farm that could be part of this national farm network then let us know about it.
The next year is going to involve a roadshow of events and meetings on farms, to bring together farmers and people and to plot the Renaissance.
Self-organising groups and new enterprises are getting together around the country. If you're an enterprising spirit who can make the Agrarian Renaissance happen, we need to hear from you.
